Send submissions to the Festival’s General Commissariat via the Montreal AVICOM office listed below.
Submissions must be completed and signed by the head of the institution and must be accompanied by payment of registration fees and audiovisual and/or multimedia formats.
Each institution may register up to 5 works (all categories combined) created between 2010 and 2012 (not previously submitted to any other FIAMP festival, with the exception of new website iterations).
Registration and application processing fee must accompany the submission.
The application form is available in PDF format (200 KB) and must be sent by e-mail or regular mail (one signed form for each submitted work).
Institutions or companies wishing to enter the FIAMP 2012 competition should send their duly completed and signed application forms to the AVICOM office in Montreal.
Those wishing to attend the FIAMP activities and the AVICOM Montréal 2012 conference can register online.
Productions submitted to the jury and for broadcast during FIAMP 2012 must be in DVD format for audiovisual material or burned to CD (or DVD) for interactive multimedia kiosks, mobile and web applications, interactive programs, etc. For websites and online productions, the corresponding URL must be provided on the registration form.
Fees, transportation charges and taxes (return trip), delivery, customs and insurance for audiovisual and multimedia materials are the sole responsibility of the applicant institution. Any package received by mail or express delivery will be returned to the sender if fees have not been paid.
The FIAMP is not liable for the loss, theft or deterioration of submitted materials.
The General Commissariat retains all audiovisual and multimedia materials. It reserves the right to broadcast said materials, in whole or part, for promotional purposes, exempt from broadcasting rights.
Writers and producers of the selected audiovisual, multimedia and web programs duly authorize FIAMP to disseminate texts, biographies, filmographies, photographs and photograms of the projects in festival publications, as well as on its website.
Writers and producers of the audiovisual and multimedia projects officially selected for the festival duly authorize the broadcast of a 1-minute excerpt of their work on national and international television, without fee.
The applicant unreservedly accepts the terms of competition regulations.
AVICOM does not accept checks. All payments must be made by wire transfer.
