Bevagna: visit of the medieval old town, Piazza Silvestri and the Gothic Palazzo dei Consoli, the Romanesque S. Silvestro and S. Michele churches, Roman ruins (temple, mosaics, theatre). In the afternoon: Montefalco and its S. Francesco church (fourteenth-century church, house of the Civic Museum of S. Francesco) and S. Agostino church (full of frescos from the Umbrian school). Breakfast included, at the hotel. Visit to Assisi and the Franciscan sites: S. Maria degli Angeli, Porziuncola Chapel (oratory from X-XI cen.), Transito Chapel (where Francesco died), S. Francesco church with frescos from Cimabue, the Roman school, Maestro d´Isacco (Giotto) and Leggenda Francescana. Visit to S. Rufino Cathedral and free time for lunch.
